Inside the apartment we can underline the private terrace (40 sm), where you can enjoy the breakfast, lunch or dinner with great sights of the city; the main bedroom, with a big balcony; or the luminous living-room, equipped with TV, hi-fi, etc. The apartment is situated in a second floor without elevator. The street Arte de la Seda is a pedestrian one, that makes the apartment very quiet and calm. 2. General information. " Possibility of internet access (19€/week): This apartment doesn't have internet Wi-Fi connection. Anyway, in case you are interested in having access to the internet during your stay in this apartment, I can offer you a 3G internet service (I will provide you modem USB dongle for your PC/laptop. Please don't hesitate to contact again if you could be interested in this service and I will offer you more information about it. This apartment is located in the Alameda neighborhood of Seville, known as the “bohemian” part of the city because in the past painters, writers, musicians used to live in this area, which is characterized for narrow and crowded streets, little cinemas and theatres, pubs and bars everywhere, live music shows, outdoor spectacles, etc. Close to the apartment you will find everything you need: laundries, supermarkets, parking, banks, restaurants, bars, parks, etc. (you will find more information about all this in the apartment). As for the historic legacy, these are the closest monuments and landmarks to apartment Yuste: “Convent of San Clemente”, “Convent of Santa Clara”, “Convent of Santa Ana” , “Chapel of Señor del Gran Poder”, etc. also around the corner you can see the Muslim walls, the city river (Guadalquivir), the Universal Exposition hold in 1992 and the theme park “Isla Mágica”. Means of access :

1. The surroundings. As for its location, it’s very good, located very close to the following monuments: “Convent of San Clemente”, “Convent of Santa Clara”, “Convent of Santa Ana” , “Chapel of Señor del Gran Poder”, etc. and also around the corner you can see the Muslim walls, the city river (Guadalquivir), the Universal Exposition hold in 1992 and the theme park “Isla Mágica”. 2. How to get.  From airport, train station or bus station: my recommendation is to take a taxi or to ask us about our transfer service.  By car: From Granada/Malaga: 1. You will get into Seville through Luis Montoto street. 2. Go straight ahead to the end, and then turn right to... 3. Menendez Pelayo street, go straight ahead for a long time (the street is the same, but change the name to Maria Auxiliadora, Ronda Capuchinos, Muñoz León and finally Resolana street). 4. At the end of Resolana turn 180º through Blanquillo street and then take the first street on the right (Reposo street). 5. At the end of Reposo you must turn on your right through Yuste and at the end you’ll find Arte de la Seda, that is a pedestrian street. From Madrid/Cordoba: 1. As you are getting to Seville, please follow the indications to Huelva/Mérida. After a few minutes, you will see a big bridge called "The Alamillo". It’s like a big tower with a lot of big white cables going from the tower to the ground. 2. Here you must turn on the left through the street "Torneo"; go straight ahead for a while and then you must turn on the left on the street “Blanquillo”, and then take
