The apartment offers the best conditions for a relaxing and cultural holiday visiting the beautiful places of the Tuscany region. The apartment is composed as follows: one bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette including a closet and a bathroom with bath tub. To the apartment belongs a private parking lot in a covered garage for a small – medium sized car. Big sized cars can be parked outside the building. "

" The apartment is an ideal starting-point for visiting not only Florence but all the beautiful cultural and touristic places and towns of the Tuscany. Sesto Fiorentino has an extremely strategical position as it's near the motorway (2km) and the airport in the heart of the Tuscan region. The apartment is not located in the centre of Sesto Fiorentino, but outside near the hills of Monte Morello. Also the bus station is not near the apartment. Therefore we recommend to have a proper car. If you want to go to the centre of Florence, you can use the car for 5-10 minutes and then park it in Sesto Fiorentino in direction to Florence. There is a covered underground parking place in a supermarket where you can buy all the necessary things for your stay. From there the centre of Florence is reachable by bus (n° 2 or n° 28) in about 20-30 minutes, (the bus ticket has a cost of Euro 1,20 and is valid for 90 minutes), otherwise you can take the train at the station (15 minutes). " "

Means of access :
Coming from the motorway Bologna-Firenze (o vice versa) take the exit of Calenzano, go straigt ahaed, direction Sesto Fiorentino - Firenze. Proceeding - Via Vittorio Emanuele - Viale Pratese - turn on the left hand side a Piazza Bagnolet. Proceed Via dell'Olmo and turn on the right hand side in Via Donatello - proceed Via Nazaro Sauro - Via Don Minzoni - Via 1 Settembre and turn on the right hand side in Viale Primo Maggio. In Piazza XXX Novembre circle around and enter in Viale XX Settembre. Proceed straight ahaed until the end of the street and go inside the area of "Doccia", where you find Viale della Cristallina. Turn on the right hand side and after about 400 m you find the apartment in the first building on the right hand side(about 4km).In the area:

"The apartment had a lovely large patio in a serene setting, with great walks up Mount Morello. It is situated close to groceries, pizzerias, and of course the necessary gelateria. The apartment and kitchen were well equipped, very functional and decorated tastefully. Beatrice and Savino were helpful in every way. The accommodations and gracious hosts combined to make my "working" stay in Tuscany fondly memorable."

Auf diesem Wege moechten wir Ihnen nochmals ganz herzlich danken, dass wir einige Tage in Ihrem Appartement wohnen durften. In Ihrer Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefuehlt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und Ihr Empfang freundlich. "Nous avons passé 10 jours en août 2010 dans cet appartement. La gentillesse de Savino fut remarquable, ses conseils nous ont beaucoup servi. L''appartement est très propre et bien équipé, vous avez à votre disposition tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner. L''endroit est calme, pour vous déplacer, sans voiture, il faut compter 30 minutes de marche jusqu''à la gare ou 20 minutes jusqu''à la station de bus pour rejoindre Firenze. La terrasse est magnifique, seule petite ombre au tableau : les moustiques ... il y en a vraiment beaucoup ;) En conclusion, un très bel appartement, idéal si vous êtes en voiture (au moins pour aller jusqu''à la gare), proche des commerces de proximité. Un grand merci à Beatrice et Savino pour leur accueil et gentillesse."
