The caretaker lives nearby and will be present at your arrival. The house will be made ready for you: the beds made and the house warmed. Rent is inclusive internet (unlimited), the costs for cleaning and for heating. At the time of reservation you will receive a lease contract with further agreements. "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette région en été. Le chalet est très agréable à vivre, fonctionnel, bien équipé (rien ne manque) et bien situé pour parcourir la Styrie, la ville de Graz pleine de charme ou tout simplement pour se reposer ou randonner."

"La casa è veramente bella, molto grande, comodissima per 4 persone, attrezzata e con una magnifica vista sul panorama circostante. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e cordiale. Giudizio complessivo decisamente molto positivo, forse l''unica negatività è che il paesino di Lachtal non offre granchè..oltre alle piste da sci non c''è altro che si può fare (non si possono noleggiare ciaspole, nè pattini; quindi meglio portarseli da casa). E'' un posto ottimo per sciare e rilassarsi."
