Within a 2-minute walking ditance to Büyükdere (a small Bosphorous village and shopping center) on the bus route connecting to the subway, which provides quick and easy access to Taksim - Kabatas and the historical Peninsula. Stopping at interesting museums while taking a leisurely walk along the Bosphorous or going for a cup of Turkish coffee in the gardens of an Ottoman Sultan's hunting lodge or taking a ferry to Anadolu Kavagi (a picturesque fishing village) to climb up to its Ottoman Castle and have a look at the Black Sea... are some of the attractions we can promise you. There are quite a few other surprises if you're really up to it... Or you can just relax and read (or write) your book in a serene atmosphere just listening to nature... "

2-minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to the subway line (Haci Osman stop) in less than 5 minutes. You can also take a cab for 4 EUROs to get to the subway stop. With the subway, you can easily reach Taksim. From Taksim, with two connected trams, you can initially go to "Kabatas" and then to "Sultanahmet", which is the historical Peninsula. "The accommodation more than fulfilled our expectations. Piril's friendliness and hospitality touched our hearts. As guests in her lovely home we felt very welcome. Since her house was situated in a small fishing village outside Istanbul it was a well received contrast to the busy and noisy town during the evenings. Transportation was no problem since the metro station was just 5 minutes taxi drive away."

"Wir sind als Familie mit 3 Kindern in Istanbul/ Sariyer gewesen. Wir waren überwältigt von der schönen Aussicht und Pirils Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit, mit der sie uns in ihrem Haus aufgenommen hat. Neben einem tollen Frühstück war sie auch jederzeit hilfsbereit, um Tipps zu geben und Fragen zu beantworten; auch die anderen Hausbewohner konnten in Englisch und Deutsch helfen. Die nächste Metrostation ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Dolmus entfernt, man ist schnell im Zentrum. Der steile Anstieg zum Haus hat uns nicht gestört; es war ein schöner und unvergesslicher Urlaub mit Familienanschluss, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen können."

"Nous avons fait un séjour extrêmenent agréable chez Piril, qui est une hôtesse extrêmement chaleureuse et attentionnée, au point que nous nous sommes sentis en famille chez elle. Nous n''oublierons pas ses petits-dejeuners et spécialités si savoureux! Les chambres sont très confortables et le jardin très agréable, sans oublier une vue absolument splendide sur le Bosphore.
