" Choose the mild climate of the Riviera Ligure and the charm of a Seventeenth Century’s Saracen Tower for your New Year’s Day or Christmas time. You will be offered a welcome drink. Right on the seashore, in Aregai, a Seventeenth Century sight-tower, historical monument surrounded by a huge garden with pine and olive-trees, oleanders, locust-trees and other sweet-smelling Mediterranean shrubs. An oasis of peace between verdant Sanremo and Imperia, a few miles away from Cote d’Azur (Menton, Montecarlo, Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez). You will enjoy a panoramic terrace overlooking the Riviera, free beaches as well as seaside resorts situated below, framed by natural cliffs. The Tower is a three-storeyed building, which has been renovated in 2006 with every comfort, such as central heating + fireplace, radio, CD player, kitchen with dishwasher, electrical oven, grill, gas oven, fridge, hair-dryer, etc. It has been carefully furnished, fully respecting the original structure of the place. It is perfect for 5 persons and it is divided into three storeys. - Ground floor: living-room with bed-settee king size; dining-room with a 6 persons table; fit to be lived in kitchen with a table for 3 persons; bathroom with tub and shower. - First floor: study; drawing-room with fireplace; bedroom area with con queen size bed-settee; bathroom with basin and bidet. - Second floor: 1 o 2 single beds - Third floor: terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs). - Garden: characteristical Mediterranean plants and trees, beautiful pond with water-lilies, garden forniture (tables, chairs, couches, beach umbrellas and chaise-longues). - Immediate access to the beach, 5 mts distance - Parking facilities - Bus-stop, 10 mts from the entrance to the Tower. Cleaning service twice a week. HOW TO REACH THE TOWER The Tower can be reached by public transport as well as by car. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The closest railway-stations are “Imperia Porto Maurizio” and “Sanremo” The bus-stop of the Andora-Sanremo bus is 10 mts away from the Tower, it is the bus-stop at the crossroad to Cipressa.
