Transport connection bus and taxi, supermarkets..everything nearby and within walking distance. The flat is located on the last floor, no noise from above. South facing, doest heat up during summertime but warm in wintertime The apartment is perfect for 4 people. It is perfect for families that come with children. Apart of being family friendly, it is also suitable for couples or small groups of friends. In the property guests would find all the amenities for a pleasant stay - Television TV a variety of channels - heating system - washing machine - etc. The property it is located in a building with elevator. "Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Promenade von Santa Eulalia. Alles ist innerhalb von Minuten zu erreichen: Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadtzentrum, Bootshafen. Die Lage ist einfach spitze. Das Appartement ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse im 4. Stock hat eine wunderbare Aussicht einerseits aufs Meer, andererseits nach Westen wo man abends noch herrlich in der Sonne chillen kann. Der Knüller in der Wohnung ist der Spiegel im Schlafzimmer, durch den man im Bett liegend durch das Fenster, Meer und Uferpromenade sieht. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Gerne werden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen."
