" Accommodation Typical Menorquin house, completely renovated and south facing so it has sunlight all day. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, utility room, toilet, large living room with wood stove, a single room (extra bed: optional), bathroom and a double room with double bed. The first floor has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom and a terrace of 20m2. The exterior features a 35m2 furnished terrace, barbecue area, washing line, garden with lawn, private parking and a garden with seasonal foods that you can enjoy for free. The whole property is fenced to increase privacy. Due to its characteristics and location it’s ideal to spend a few days off in summer and winter. Environment The house is located in the village of Pou Nou between fantastic cycle routes and walking paths. The area is largely agricultural and very very quiet, but having the great advantage that the nearest town is 1 km away and the capital of the island and beaches are at less than 4 km. The nearest beaches are Cala Rafelet, S'Algar Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binibeca and Binissafuller. "

We had a great time in that house. We stayed there from 25 of December 2012 to 15 of Feabruary 2013. Firstly we were impressed of the preporation that owner have done for our arrival. There were everything ready for us. A little "welcome" product pack and firewood was ready. The house is in a great place, just five minutes away from the shop, airport and a capital of Minorca. The owner of the house kindly allowed us to use everything that is growing in the garden. We enjoyed some fresh srawberries, potatoes and salads. Everything is beautifly designd in the house and all details make us you love this house. We are certainly going to come back

jolie maison meublée traditionnelle, très propre; odeurs d'humidité déplaisantes cependant en lien avec le type de construction (bois et pierre).Matelas inconfortables++ de pietre qualite.Cuisine bien équippée. Joli site, accès au produits du jardin aprrécié ++. Acces par route très étroite, conduite difficile sur 150m, petite voiture recommandée.Caution exigée trop élevée (600 euros).

"Tout était conforme. Un seul point mérite d''être précisé sur l''annonce : L''accès se faisant par une route extrêmement étroite, bordée de hauts murs en pierre sur plusieurs centaines de mètres, les vacanciers doivent louer un véhicule le plus étroit possible pour ne pas risquer des accrochages. Le reste a entièrement donné satisfaction.L''accueillant s''est adapté à nos horaires d''arrivée et de départ (très matinal) d''avion. Merci"

"La descrizione dell''annuncio corrisponde assolutamente alla realtà. Infatti abbiamo trascorso 14 giorni fantastici in un ambiente confortevole e tranquillo. Abbiamo consigliato a tutti i nostri amici un soggiorno in questa bellissima villa con un magnifico orto ed un comodissimo barbecue di cui abbiamo ampiamente beneficiato. Anche le nostre bimbe hanno molto apprezzato gli ampi spazi ed i giochi che abbiamo trovato. Sicuaramente è preferibile noleggiare un''auto di piccole dimensioni a causa delle stradine di sasso molto strette. Il letto matrimoniale del piano terra è risultato poco comodo in quanto un po stretto e corto e l''unico disturbo era il canto del gallo ad ore improbabili."
