" Located in the countryside between Sant Francesc and Sant Ferran, Very nice architect house built in 1971. Renovated in 2008. Very well and nicely equipped with all modern comfort. Very nice furniture. The house is divided in 3 independent parts forming a nice garden under the trees. Also a big outside table ( certainly the best spot to be ). The main house contains the living area, fully equipped kitchen, a big lounge and lavatory on the ground floor. On the first floor, an other big lounge with TV and Internet ADSL plus the owners bedroom with a double bedding, bath-room and a terrasse with a nice point of view of the country side. Two other small houses ( bungalow ) are used as bedrooms with Showers and toilets. Totally independent house with a large garden of 5000 s/m ( 11’000 sq ft ). The property welcomes comfortably up to 6 guests ( possibility to add 2 guests more accommodated on the sofa of the first floor lounge ). "

The interior of the Island has a number of small roads bordered by handmade stonewalls which are unique to Formentera. It is highly recommended to have transport to experience this little paradise. “ "

"Très bonne location, accueil très pro et présent pour toute question, très jolie maison conforme à l''annonce et aux photos et même plus grande qu''il n''y paraît. Maison de propriétaire, donc avec des objets personnels et décorée avec beaucoup de gout ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons passé d''excellente vacances et recommandons cette maison!"
