" Apartment attached to our property built to high specification in 2005 in the traditional Formentera style: ceramic “bardo” ceiling, covered in tiles, lime whitewashed walls, blue blinds, air chamber, etc. Consisting of a lounge, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a garden. The lounge has a sofa, wood burner, table and four chairs, terrestrial and satellite TV (Astra and Hotbird), DVD and music system. The bedroom has 1.5m double bed, wardrobe and LG Art Cool hot/cold air conditioning unit. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, oven, coffee pot and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with a screen. The running water is pure, either rain or filtered water as the well water has too many contaminants. The terrace is surrounded by a garden and has an outside table with 4 chairs and 1 clothes line. "

Being a singular apartment located 700m from Sant Francesc, in a peaceful area of the countryside, we consider it to be an ideal place for relaxing without any type of disturbance caused by traffic or others. The apartment is impeccably clean. Towels and sheets are obviously included. On arrival at Formentera, we will collect you from Savina port and accompany you to the apartment.
