L'appartamento è molto vivibile, comodo, con un utile spazio esterno dove si può cenare e arrostire la carne sul barbecue messo a disposizione con legna già fornita. La posizione sull'isola è abbastanza centrale ed è comodo raggiungere tutte le spiagge, ovviamente a patto di possedere un mezzo di trasporto (bici, moto, auto). Vicino alla casa ci sono 3-4 supermarket dove poter fare comodamente la spesa. La casa non riceve alcun disturbo dai vicini ed è fornita di una comoda doccia esterna.

"Che dire...tutto bellissimo...la casa è in una zona tranquilla ma ben servita e in posizione perfetta per girare l'isola...a 5 minuti in motorino dal centro di Es Pujols...pulita e ben attrezzata con cambio biancheria a metà soggiorno...ottima la doccia esterna!!! Direi perfetta :)"
