" This house is completely self-sutainable, ecologic and has only the strictly necessary. It’s ideal for people who wants to have a direct contact to nature, is looking for quietude or want to be isolated for a while. Partymakers wouldn’t found any fun in it... For econimizing water, the maximal capacity of this house cannot exceed 6 people. It’s also not connected to any gas, water, electricity or telephon network. Using, for example, an hairdryer, internet surfing, eternal showerings with hot water, PC workings or phone callings are not possible. The electricity installation of this house is an 220 Volt solar equipment (800 watt power), which provides the light and makes a solar water pump run for having the necessary pressure in the water conduits. A high water consumption use the solar storage batteries faster up! A gas water heater provides the bathroom with hot water. The weak point of this house is the water consumption. In this area of the island there’s not ground-water. 2 cisterns (20 cubic meters) collect only rainwater which felt down in the year. For this reason water saving is so important! Try to shower shortly and don’t let the water flow uncontrolated. "
