Garden of olive trees in front the house, on the back one covered knoll of Mediterranean spot and pines. 2 minute by drive the beach are found beautiful. The country, with the stores, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. is from 3 km . The big house, develops on two floors …. At ground floor , very sunny : with door , the kitchen , livong with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, batroom Outside the house : shower with hot water , 2 verande equipped for relax and air dinner , garden, parking. Attic : very sunny, beautiful wiew on the sea : 2 bed rooms, bathroom with bath Basement : cool place in summer ,heat in winter no panoramic view , being equipped of high windows (two for room ). "
