" Connections: The house is located just 7km from highway FIRENZE-BOLOGNA and freeway to SIENA. Florence is at just 30min by car; Siena at 1 hour and San Giminiano 40minutes. In two hours by car you can reach the Maremma and the wonderful beaches of the coasts. The house is really in the hearth of Chianti, a few minutes from Impruneta, Strada in Chianti, San Casciano Val di Pesa, Greve in Chianti. In 10minutes you can find a fully equipped Leisure Centre with swimming pool in San Casciano; It is also 5 minutes away from a Horse riding camp and 10 minutes away from the Ugolino Golf Camp. The surroundings are plenty of amazing restaurants where you can taste the world famous Chianti food and wine. The closest by the sea localities are: Maremma (2 hrs by car) and Versilia (1,30 hrs by car) "

Means of access :

Directions: Firenze highway (A1 BOLOGNA-FIRENZE), exit to FIRENZE IMPRUNETA, take the freeway (SS SIENA) and exit at SAN CASCIANO V.P, turn left and go downhill until a crossroad, at the crossroad turn right towards Falciani in Greve in Chianti. Keep going towards Greve. You’ll find a road on the left towards Impruneta, don’t turn there, then you’ll find another one on the right towards Luiano, ignore it, then, immediately after a big curve you have to turn right in a dirt road signalled as VIA DE’ COFFERI. Go on, pass over a small bridge, and after 50mt turn left, you’ll find a spacious parking on the left: There you are!
