" This is a 300m² villa located in Africa where it is possible to mix rest and travel. The house is different with other houses in Senegal, you’ll find there: ••• Quietness. The house is located in the only residential neighborhood, between the 18-holes golf course and the sea. ••• The propriety is completely fenced with flower-walls and you will enjoy the private 9x5m heated swimming pool. Even though, the house is still close with supermarkets, the pharmacy and little shops. ••• A different construction. The house was designed to provide a maximum comfort, with the 5 bedrooms and the living room has a view on a wide 70m² covered terrace where it is possible to relax protected from the sun and having a nice view of the swimming pool and the beautiful garden. ••• The security. An electrical installation in accordance to the EEC standards, a lightened garden two built-in safes and a guardian working 24/7. ••• The sleep. Quiet bedrooms with comfortable bultex-made mattress, mosquito nets on the windows and around the bed and especially quiet air-conditioner. ••• Respect of the environment. Solar panels are used to heat the water for the house and the swimming pool. ••• Hygiene. The staff pays particular attention to hygiene with the food and the cleaning of the house; the kitchen is furnished with many appliances, a dishwasher, two refrigerators and a washing machine. "

"Nos vacances se sont très bien passés dans cette agréable maison qui est bien tenue par FATOU. OUSSEYNOU le gardien qui est également un excellent jardinier s''occupe très bien de nous. Il soigne avec amour le jardin qui est très beau, s''occupe de la piscine. Il est très discret. Il aime beaucoup les enfants et veille sur eux quand nous sommes sorti faire les courses. Nous vous recommandons cette location pour la tranquillité, le confort et l''accueil du personnel. Bravo à NICOLE de gérer aussi bien cette maison à des milliers de kilomètres"

"Superbes vacances entre amis. Tout était impeccable : logement, personnel, piscine .... chauffée super agréable ! Je confirme villa bien conçue . On était 3 couples sans se déranger, chacun chez soi . La proximité de la belle plage est un plus. Resto sympa sur la plage"

"Petit (ou plutôt grand) coin de paradis. Après des journées de visites, quoi de plus agréable que de se reposer dans cette maison propre et rangée. On ne doit même plus bouger le petit doigt, car le personnel est au petit soin. Piscine, climatisation et surtout le calme sont les garant de votre repos. j''y ai passé de très bonne vacances et j''y retournerai avec plaisir."
