The villa is located in a quiet hamlet on a garden of 1000m2 and offers a private swimming pool 8x4m, secured with alarm. Possible to heat the pool (on request from mid-April to mid-October - depending on the weatherconditions; 50€/wk). You will discover the benefits of modern comfort and a contemporary decoration. For the outside: a covered terrace with dining area (table with benches), BBQ, terrace with sun beds, jeu-de-boules, trampoline and a private parking .. Everything is new, modern and very functional, to ensure you a pleasant stay in this sublime and relaxing place. " Saint Victor la Coste is a beautiful southern French village on the edge of Provence. In the Côtes du Rhône wine region, between Avignon and Nîmes, the village offers a variety of landscapes. Since it is located at some distance from the main roads, the town has been able to maintain all of its charm. At the foot of its fortified castle and medieval village, it presents a full range of architecture from the Middle Ages to the present day, including the town hall square and its beautiful 19th-century houses. The vineyard-covered plains spread out at the village’s foot to the north. Here, the grapes soak up the Provence sun and give it back in the form of hearty wines. To the south lie the rolling limestone hills so typical of the Mediterranean basin, known as the “garrigues”. North of Saint Victor la Coste is the Ardeche river gorge, where you can drive from one lookout to the next, or take a hike or a canoe or kayak trip down the gorge itself. In the entire region, every village is worth a stop, for their scenery and their winding streets. All around the region, there are hikes to take, scenery to enjoy, gardens to visit, ruins to wander. The region is famous for its light (that attracted so many painters in the early 20th century: Picasso, Van Gogh, Gauguin, etc). You should also be sure to check out the local products - the wine of course, but also olive oils, goat cheeses, Provence soaps and fabrics, and more.. "
