"Catherine est une personne super gentille et agréable qui peut vous entretenir de choses super intéressantes tellement elle a de vécu. Son appartement est situé à une distance à pied du vieux St-Servan, de la cité d''Aleth, de St-Malo Intra-Muro en plus d''être à proximité de la gare. Malgré cela, Catherine a tenu à venir nous chercher à la gare et à nous y ramener à la fin de notre séjour. Merci encore Catherine pour tant de gentillesse, Si nous retournons un jour à St-Malo, nous n''hésiterons pas à retourner à cet appartement qui était doté de tout ce qui est requis pour un séjour agréable. "Je trouve cet appartement à St Malo parfait et je le recommande. Il est situé juste à côté du centre ville de St Servan, ce qui est très pratique pour faire des courses. De plus, il n''est pas loin d''une belle plage. Par ailleurs, on peut se rendre à St Malo "intra-muros" en 5mn, ce qui est très bien aussi. Fidji"

"Génial pour notre enterrement de vie de filles, extèrieur sur le bistrot de la plage à deux pas et à l''intérieur dans la grande salle . la propriétaire a été très cool pour un jour en plus, des flutes en plus et le ménage ! du coup invitée aux 3 mariages de l''été ,ca craint."

"Appartement très fonctionnel, toute commodité, avec un grand salon à 10-15 minutes à pied du vieux St-Malo La propriétaire, femme charmante, nous a accueilli avec du cidre et nous a mis à l''aise de suite, ce qui a grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous avons ressenti tout le plaisir de la propriétaire à recevoir des locataires qui les considères comme des hôtes plutôt que des clients! "
