" This large country house is ideal for two families or perhaps one family looking for a lot of room in a property with a large garden (5000m2). For Winter rentals, central heating is included in the price. The house is perfect for those who love the countryside, and are looking for peace and tranquility. The house is however only 2km from the nearest amenities: small shops, chemist, doctor, bank, tennis, horse-riding. The Tourist Information office proposes events at all local attractions. The local swimming pool (outdoor) is open during July and August. A patio surrounds the house. There are two large fireplaces, a large bar, and a pool table (french or american billiards / pool). The kitchen looks onto a panoramic view of a beautiful typically Normandy landscape.. This is a rental ideal for a weekend or holidays with friends in the beautiful Normandy countryside. "

From Paris, take the A13 motorway, leave the motorway at "Maison brulée" (after the exit for Rouen), 1km further turn left in the direction of Alençon Le Mans. 5km after Bourgtheroulde, at the roundabout, turn right in the direction of Montfort-St georges du vièvre. In the centre of Montfort, turn left, in the direction of St Georges. Continue for 6kms and after passing by 2 telephone towers on the right, take the 2nd turning (small narrow road) on the right. The house is at the end of this small road.
