Tiled floors, electric heating and ventilation. You enter the cottage with raised ground floor (basement not used) via a balcony and a flight of five steps leading to terraces (dining area, sun loungers, barbecue). You can eat just as easily both in'doors or out'doors under your parasol. Stunning views. A private path (33 yards) leads to the gardens (2,5 acres, shady areas, children's swing) and swimming pool (36x16 ft, paved terraces and lawns around) shared with the owners and two guests of our little cottage (Ref. 234602).
