" CasalFattoria is an early XX-century farmhouse, strategically located between town and country, just 8 miles to the city centre, set in a large well-kept gated garden, with parking and children's play area inside, on top of a quiet and breezy hill, which is now fully restored and transformed into modern flats. Our property is an attractive two-storied apartment, completely renovated and refurnished by a team of young roman architects, which reflects the owner's passion and style. Luxury, comfort and design are its main features throughout: beautiful stone and wooden floors, lavish marble bathrooms, chestnut wooden beams on the ceilings, a picturesque fireplace, a private internal staircase and top-class fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipments. The apartment is composed by 2 double bed rooms, a Loft, dining room with fireplace, living room corner, a bath room with bath and shower and a bath room with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are totally 2 double beds and 7 single beds/sofa beds, but 6 single beds can be jointed and provided with one only mattress in order to have up to 5 double beds and 1 single bed plus eventually 2 smalls beds for children. At last there are 3 car places inside the gated property and the garden is provided with a wooden table, wooden chairs, barbecue and the playing area for children. "

- By car - Get off from the Rome ring road (Grande Raccordo Anulare) at exit No. 25 - Laurentina - direction Ardea and after 700 mt turn left on via Castel di Leva then turn right immediately after in via Pietro Cuppari. CasalFattoria is at 500 mt. - By public transportation - From Roma Termini Central Station take the tube "Metro B" (towards Laurentina direction) and get off at Laurentina. Take bus No. "797 prolungato" for 14 stops and get off at Largo Doppler. CasalFattoria is at 250 mt. CasalFattoria is one mile outside the Rome ring road; just inside begins the town, so the location is actually rural, but at the same time just close by the town; in particular, it’s located definitely at eight miles from the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia, the very heart of Rome! More, it's very easy to get there by bus+subway (bus stop leading directly to the subway at 800 feet), by car+subway (subway station at only 3 miles, with big, safe and cheap parking), or directly by car. More, a superstore open on Sunday morning too is less than 1 mile far, and bar-tobacco, bank, pharmacy, other kind of services and shopping are at 1-2 miles! Moreover, the location of CasalFattoria on the southern edge of Rome, so near to the ring road, is also perfect for getting quickly to both the roman airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino, for visiting the wonderful archeological area of Ostia Antica with the roman seaside and the famous lakes and vineyards district on the Albani Hills around Frascati, and for taking the highway toward Naples, Pompei, Florence and the whole wondering Italy!In the area:

"The nicest place to stay in all of Rome! Comfortable, private, quiet, well equiped, great kitchen and the most wonderful & helpful owner who made our short stay and late arrival in exciting Rome accomplishable. Access to public transportation into the center of Rome was easy to use and find. Thank you Stefano!"

"Great house with good location, close to the subway but also with the possibilty to get to Rome on weekends by car. The house is superbly equipped, convenient for 6-7 pax. It is a silent place to relax after the hussle of Rome."

"Stefano et son frère Gabrielle sont extrêmement sympathiques et font le maximum pour que le séjour se passe bien. Nous étions 5 avec 3 ados et l''appartement était très confortable et calme. Nous avions loué une voiture car nous voulions visiter Rome et ses environs (Ostia Antica et Tivoli). Aucun problème pour se garer dans la résidence qui est parfaitement sécurisée. Commerces et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Pour aller à Rome nous avons pris un pass pour 3 jours (30 euros) qui nous a permis de prendre le metro et de bénéficier de 2 entrées gratuites dans les musées (très appréciable pour le Colisée car on gagne beaucoup de temps). Nous prenions le métro à la station Laurentina qui est proche du centre (20 minutes). Le parking est très bon marché (1,5 euro pour la journée) mais attention lorsque les italiens ne sont pas en vacances en même temps que nous, le parking est vite plein et il faut alors être patient pour se garer. En conclusion, location très agréable pour passer de bonnes vacances."

bel et grand appattement idealement situé. Pour les sportifs le métro n'est pas loin et pour ceux qui préfèrent la voiture il n'y a absolument aucun problème pour rejoindre Rome en 20 minutes et se garer en plein centre. Pour les courses il y a un supermarché ouvert 24H sur 24 à 2 minutes. Après toute une journée en pleine chaleur à visiter Rome qu'il est bon de profiter du jardin entouré d'arbres géants. C'est vraiment une adresse exceptionnelle
