" This beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment (6th floor with lift) is owned by a Scottish-Italian family who take pride in making it a warm home from home. It is located in one of the best connected areas of Rome, Appio-San Giovanni, close to the Old Appian Way archaelogical site with its ruins and catacombs. With the subway station just outside the front door, travelling around Rome is incredibly easy. Treat yourselves to a romantic break - come and see the beauty of Rome and be sure you'll have a comfortable place to come back to at night. You won't regret it! The apartment features: bedroom with king size bed, fold-up bed, dressing table, wardrobe; large living room with 2 settees (one of which a queen size bed settee), dining table; fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with bath/shower over; hall with extra wardrobe; balcony where you can relax after a busy day sightseeing. The prices indicated are for 2 people. Each additional person pays an extra 15 euros per day and 75 euros per week.
