Best points Rome is not my birthplace, but I fell in love with it from the first moment that I saw it. So I had the idea of making available my house to all those people who, like me, love this marvellous city and want to discover its beauties, by offering a B&B service of a high quality.
Quiet and provided with all comforts, the bed and breakfast is situated in a small block of flats within a large, green garden.
We have furnished B&B Ginester, which was completely restructured in 2011, in a modern and elegant style.
Everything has been chosen for quality, with particular attention and care for detail.
All our rooms are provided with every kind of comfort: air conditioning/heating, mini-fridge, safe, television, bathroom with hair-dryer and courtesy kit.
We are in a strategic position, in one of the most beautiful archaeological areas of Rome: within walking distance of the Colosseum, the Baths of Caracalla, the Circus Maximus (and FAO), the Appia Antica, the Basilica of St. John in Lateran and many other places of historical and cultural interest.
There are good travel connections, with bus stops just outside the entrance of the B&B and the San Giovanni stop of the metro A about ten minutes’ walk away, with which you reach the Vatican Museums in a few minutes.
In the welcoming common room, which has a view of the tranquil and delightful residents’ garden, you will be served an abundant breakfast.
In particular, you should try our cappuccino and freshly baked brioches from the bakery near the house.

Means of access From Termini station
In the square in front of Termini Station take the 360 bus in the direction of Piazza Zama.
Get off at the EPIRO stop (at the beginning of Via Lusitania).
Continue (in the direction of the bus) for 150 metres as far as number 19 of Via Lusitania.
By car
From any motorway or road leading to Rome enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.) (Great Ring Road).
Go towards exit No. 23 Via Appia Nuova, direction “centre”, continue on Via Appia Nuova up to Piazza dei Re di Roma (about 9 kilometres).
Take the fourth exit on Piazza dei Re di Roma (Via Cerveteri).
Continue as far as Piazza Tuscolo and Via Gallia.
On Via Gallia turn into Via Pandosia (third street on the left from the beginning of Via Gallia).
Continue as far as Piazza Epiro, turn right following the direction of the street and continue round the square.
At the flower kiosk turn right and you will be in Via Lusitania. After about 150 metres you will be at No. 19 (on the right of the street).
From the Airport
In both the airports taxis or cars with driver are available (indicative cost 40 Euros)
Fiumicino
Take the train Leonardo Express (from Fiumicino to Termini Station.
Ciampino
Take the bus for the Metro A of Rome and get off at the Metro Anagnina stop.
Take the Metro A and get off at the San Giovanni stop.
Near the metro stop, on Via Magna Grecia, take the 360 bus, direction Piazza Zama,Magna Grecia stop.
Get off at the EPIRO stop (at the beginning of Via Lusitania).
Continue (in the direction of the bus) for 150 metres as far as number 19 of Via Lusitania.
