" Last floor of a building from the beginning of '900 in a highstardard part of Rome. The flat has a centralized heater system and the air conditionning pump fresh and hot air in order to satisfy the needing of the guests all over the year. The flat is extremely quiet evendo is in a very animated area and very well located to reach every part of the town. The Vatican area is at walking distance and the very close metro and bus stations render very very easy and fast to reach all the major actraction of Rome (city center, Colosseo, Trastevere...). The flat is very confortable and warm. The rooms are big and with the parquet. The kitchen and the bathroom have been recently refurnished and both are accessible from the living room. From there is also accessible a beautiful private terrace with a wonderful view of the city centre in wich it is possible to take a meal. "
