"logement bien équipé ,parfait pour un couple, à 20 minutes à pieds du colisée, le quartier est rempli de petits commerces ,bien pratique pour faire ses courses ou aller au restaurant, à 15 minutes environ d''une station de métro . le seul léger bémol est que comme il se situe en rez de chaussée, il est un peu sombre, mais nous y étions en fevrier et j''imagine qu''en été c''est moins génant . le propriétaire est sympatique et a organisé le transfert à l''aéroport aller et retour, ce que je conseille vivement ! donc location à recommander !"

"Appartement très agréable et bien entretenu. Légèrement bruyant car situé en RdC il est attenant à l''entrée de l''ascenseur. Cuisine bien équipée - salle d''eau agréable avec fenêtre. Pas de vue car il donne sur une cour intérieure mais clair. Accès facile et porte d''entrée extérieure sécurisée."

"L''appartement est très agréable et fidèle au descriptif. Il est bien équipé et bien situé. En effet, le quartier est très calme avec toutes les commodités (transports, commerces) et les monuments sont accessibles à pied. Enfin, le propriétaire est gentil et soucieux du bon déroulement de nos vacances. "
