"Our stay at this apartment far exceeded our expectations. The owner (Cosimo) was a gracious host, and the accomodations were outstanding. Much more than we even expected from viewing the pictures. It was spacious, tastfully decorated, huge bedrooms, air conditioned, a beautiful roof-top terrace with huge dining table, umbrella and fireplace/bbq, with outstanding views. Free wifi was provided, washing machine and we were pleasantly surprised with a fully stocked bar and fridge full of goodies and drinks. This NEVER happens anywhere else. we travel a lot of often rent apartments and i can honestly say this stay was the best we''ve ever had. the location was also magnificent - steps to Campo di Fiori, the River, Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, the Colosseum - all within walking distance. it was a wonderful stay - there were 6 adults (3 couples) and we all had enough room to have our privacy, but still lots of cozy spaces to sit with each other and enjoy our time together. Thank you Cosimo, for making this stay such an enjoyable one - we will cherish the memories we made at your apartment forever!"

"This is truely a very nice apartment.Its central location makes it ideal.Most attractions are just a walk away.As you are high up you feel in another world. It is quiet and you are in the company of only the other owners of a roofterrace.Your kind host supplies you with lots of information on Rome."

"If possible, we would like to give more than five points. This apartment is a dream, it is spacious, it is calm, it is decorated with taste and all technical equipment works absolutely perfect. We slept very well in one of the 3 bedrooms and had a wonderful stay right in the middle and above the roofs of Rome. The roof terrace of the apartment is superb - but can see the panoramic view even from standing under the shower... There is a DESPAR supermarket less than 100 metres away (open even on Sunday) where you can find anything you need for cooking at home (which is recommended because the restaurants in the surroundings are a bit "touristic"). Sights we can recommend and which are not contained in all tourist guides are the new museums for modern art, the MAXXI and the MARCO and the nuovo mercato esquiliano (fresh fish and food) close to the stazione termini (main railway station). Highest recommendations and we will definitely come back. "

"We had a wonderful week in Roma at Cosimo's apartment. The apartment is bright and airy and has all the conveniences of home. The beds are comfortable, the living room is large, and the kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped. The most outstanding feature of the apartment was the roof deck which allowed us to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day and enjoy the sunsets over Roma. The apartment is centally located in the heart of Roma no more than a 15 minute walk to the Forum, Coloseum, Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps and the Vatican; all other sights are a shorter walk. Campo de Fiori and many quality restaurants are within a 5 minute walk; a supermarket and other stores are a short block away. Cosimo is a very gracious host who met us on arrival, explained how to use all the appliances in the apartment, and wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable stay in Roma. He has prepared a wonderful guide of points of interest, restaurants, shops, and markets which was extremely useful. A beautiful, modern apartment and a wonderful host make this an ideal place to stay in Roma. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Roma."
