" The apartment, situated on the last floor (loft) of a building "belle époque" of 4 floors, is not far from the city center, that it is well connected by public transport. Surrounded by greenery, close by a huge public park, Villa Ada - where it's possible to rent bicycles and to go on horseback - and by the famous Villa Borghese, "LA TERRAZZA" gives the possibility to visit Rome staying in a residential area, smart and peaceful. The charming loft is provided with all comforts. In a surface area of 40 mq the flat is composed by a room with two bright ceiling-windows, a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchenette equipped with everything you can need, a bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a big terrace of 30 mq where it's possible to eat and to sunbathe. It's very convenient for a family with one or two children either for one (or two) couple of friends. All people which stayed here loved their holiday! "

"The apartment was very clean and well kept. The terrace is amazing and it was great to enjoy the good Roman summer weather there. The connection to the centre is very good (the bus stop is right there). There are many restaurants and bars around it. The owners were always ready to help in case of need."

"The apartment is really comfortable, with the big cozy terrace were you can have your morning coffee or sit quietly in the evening. Two big beautiful parks are at walking distance, and neighborhood is very quiet, with shops, bars, pizzerias nearby. The owners are extraordinary nice and responsive. We are thankful to them for providing us with a lot of useful tips. We have been really satisfied and think this is absolutely perfect place for a nice vacation. We advise you to book this apartment as it will be an excellent starting point for visiting the eternal Roma."

"It was a perfect stay in this apartment! with the bus you are in 10 - 15 min in the city center. To Galleria Borghese you can even walk. The terrace was amazing!!!"

"Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr schön, wenn man keine direkte Zenrumslage möchte. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants in allen Kathegorien. Direkt am Platz liegt eine Bar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und die Terasse einfach toll. Rundum empfehlenswert, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! "
