" -PRICES WILL CHANGE BASED ON THE SEASON AND HOLIDAYS- Apartment in downtown close to everything you want. The apartment is in the heart of the old hystoric center of Rome. From the apartment you can visit everything just walking, you don't need the car... The most famous monuments can be reach in maximum 10-15 minutes walk: Navona square is 200 mt (3 minutes), Pantheon is 500 mt (5 minutes), Campo de' Fiori is 800 mt (10 minutes), Castel St. Angelo is 600 mt (5 minutes), St Peter is 1,3 km (15 minutes), Spanish steps are 1000 mt (10 minutes), Colosseum is 1,8 km (15 minutes)..... The apartment is also in the heart of the roman night life... you will find restaurant, caffé, pizzeria, pub, winebar just going out of the apartment and qe qill suggest you the best roman- non touristic place... "

"The apartment in via dell''orso is a real catch. Its best situated 3 min walk from piazza Navona and the Pantheon, with a beautiful courtyard and quite besides the central location, very tastefully furnished and decorated with great pictures painted by the landlord ;). We rented it for an entire week right after it was renovated and felt at home. Both Nicola and Naussica are extremely nice and flexible. They provided us with touristic tips and were reachable any time. Still being there - i immediately recommended the flat to my friends that were visiting Rome some weeks later. I am regularly in Rome, since its pure magic - and now i definitely know where to stay for my future holidays there. I highly recommend the lovely flat in via dell"Orso and wish you a wonderful time in Rome!"

"L''appartement, assez petit mais parfait pour deux adultes, est au rez de chaussée dans une cour très calme. Il est correctement équipé et admirablement bien situé dans un quartier agréable de Rome. L’accueil par la propriétaire était agréable et professionel. En résumé un excellent choix. "

"Appartemment extrêmement bien situé, dans quartier très sécurisant (il y a un gardien) et à proximité directe de tous les sites touristiques et animés. Idéal à 2 mais tout ce qu''il faut pour 4 personnes. Deux remarques cependant: manque un peu de luminosité car, comme indiqué dans l''annonce, situé en rdc et aussi douche très étroite. Mais tout cela est très largement compensé par la qualité des aménagements (neufs et modernes) et de sa localisation parfaite pour la découverte de la ville à pied. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et disponibles, aussi bien par mail que par téléphone. Ils nous ont fourni de nombreux renseignements sur Rome à notre arrivée. Location à recommander."
