" The flat is fully authorized with regard to all the rules and regulations concerning safety and hygiene. The accomodation comprises: hall; two bedrooms, one with an adjoining bathroom; a large drawing-room with a dining area and a sitting room with a confortable sofa; nice kitchen and bathroom with a bath/shower fitting. It can easily accomodate 4 people; it is well-appointed and equipped with all the necessities for dayly life to ensure a lovely holiday experience in a home. All the fitting are in good order. Some reduction may be applied in consideration of the number of people and the length of stay. Situated close to Porta Pia (one of the Rome's Gates) in the ancient Aurelian Walls, which became the symbol of Rome as the capital of Italy in 1870 at the time of the unification of Italy. It is a lively area where every kind of service is available with plenty of transport, buses: 62 to the centre, Pizza di Spagna, Via Condotti, Piazza Venezia and St. Peter's; 36; 90 Express to Termini Station; 60 to the Colosseum. A short and pleasant walk will led you to enjoy the relax of Villa Borghese park, or to the shopping streets, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, Via del Corso. "

"Je ne pourrais que conseiller chaleureusement ce logement!.Il est très agréable à vivre (grands volumes),bien équipé et correspond tout à fait à la description.La literie est excellente, rien ne manque:Internet (wifi), équipement ménager et "fond" d''épicerie (café, sucre...). Le quartier, est très agréable (nombreux restaurants et magasins), proche du centre et des monuments qui peuvent être rejoints à pied ou par de nombreux bus et trams(Porta Pia).La communication avec les propriétaires et leur accueil sont impeccables et chaleureux.Nous y retournerions avec le plus grand plaisir. Je profite de l''occasion pour recommander le restaurant "La Breccia) qui se trouve à quelques pas (Via Emilia Romagna. Excellente pâtes, pizza le samedi soir et rapport qualité-prix-accueil imbattable."

"Excellent emplacement, appartement très propre, accueil impeccable. Maria-Cristina et Francesco font tout pour nous rendre notre séjour agréable. Le meilleur service que nous ayons eu en trois expériences italiennes cet été. Le bruit n''est pas si dérangeant, même si présent du côté avant l''appartement (Rome!). Par contre, les contraintes de circuits électriques empêchent de faire un lavage en même temps que prendre une douche ou partir le lave vaisselle. Pas très pratique. Un deuxième ventilateur d''appoint aiderait à rafraichir l''appartement lors de canicules. Idéalement, un deuxième climatiseur? Appartement fortement recommandé. Grazie tante, arrivederci"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Situé au 4ieme étage, il dispose d''un ascenseur. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par M.Cristina et son mari, qui avaient tout gentiment préparé. On ne manque vraiment de rien en ce qui concerne les équipements. C''est propre et C''est comme à la maison. Seul point négatif: les fenêtres sont en simples vitrage et la rue est vraiment très passante."
