" This elegant apartment is located in Via degli Ibernesi, a narrow street with a fascinating and magic atmosphere in the Monti area, one of the oldest and caratheristic areas of Rome, at about 30 metres from the "Foro di Augusto". The apartment is in the middle of the most famous archeological site (Fori Romani), at few minutes walking from Via dei Fori Imperiali, the Coliseum, Quirinal, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, Campidoglio and Vittoriano. The apartment is at about 300 metres from the metro station "Colosseo", line B, and at about 900 metres from the central train station of Termini. In Piazza Venezia (at about 200 metres from the apartment) there are many bus stops. Both Monti area and the the closeby Via del Corso are full of shops and restaurants of every type and category . At just 150 metres, in Via Baccina, there is a local food market which is very cheap and useful for families. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor (lift available) of an ancient palace (17th century) completely renovated in 2009. The street is very silent and quite becouse the access is forbidden to cars. "

" The apartment is composed by a living room with a a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a small room with a coumputer, and a bathroom with a large shower and with a nice view over an elegant courtyard. The size of the apartment is about 50 square metres. The price includes: The price includes internet, water, gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed. Security deposit: A security deposit of 150 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. "

Lovely apartment! The perfect owners! Everything is clean, the apartment has everything you need. The apartment is quiet, peaceful neighbors. The apartment is in a very convenient location - 2 minutes to the Coliseum, where we often walked in the evening, 25 minutes walk to Termini. We never use public transport, all the attractions within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

"Very quiet and well equipped apartment, without any traffic noise and with a perfect location, very close to the Forum, Coliseum... Although it is a 2nd floor, we appreciated very much the elevator and the air conditioning in the summer of Rome, and my kids the PC with Internet connection. The owner was friendly and willing to provide the information you need. I would definitely want to rent it again!"

"We had a fantastic stay there. The appartment is very nice, clean and comfy. It is perfect for 2 persons and very well equipped. Mr. Valentino was also very nice and welcoming! The location is also perfect: very close to the Coliseum and the Forum as well as many attractions and public transport (subway, buses). I will definitively try to stay here again if I go back to Rome. "

"We are staying at this superb apartment at the moment and we would like to thank Valentino and his beautiful wife for our fascinating vacation! The flat is perfectly clean and it goes without saying that it has everything what a traveler might need: the towels are fluffy, the beds are comfy, the linen is fresh, the cupboard is full of various cutlery and china of good quality. The flat is very cosy and full of pleasant details - vases with flowers, small pillows, pictures on the walls, books about Rome. The flat features even a computer and WIFI. I would definitely stay here again and would gladly meet Valentino & his wife next time - I have never met such hospitable owners!
