The flat has 2 large double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and LCD TV, a bathroom with shower and tub. It's a good location for family with kids or friends. The flat is equipped with air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer. Bedding,kitchen linen and dishes included. Smoking is not allowed. No animals accepted. "The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean. You will find here all that you need, for a very relaxing stay. Two master bedrooms, a nicely living room, a completly equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and finally a nice terrace. The metro-station is within aprox. 4-5 minutes walking distance. The owners, Anna & Paolo, are very hospitable people. We were 2 couple and we really felt like home in this apartment. Thank you Anna & Paolo!"

"everything was perfect, the place is close to historical part and at the same time not croweded with tourists so you can relax after sightseeng day and enjoy the italian restaurant close to the appartment.The supermarket is 5 minutes walking.Regards to the owners for restrant list. Thanks for Roman holidays. Hope to get back again.For sure will choose this appartment."

"We had a wonderful stay in Rome. Especially the warm and kindly welcome the owners Paolo and Anna had given us. We are really appreciating their great hospitalty and support! Furthermore the apartment was very well decoreted, cosy and clean. Nearby you will find a supermarket, metro and great restaurants. We surely will recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants experience a great vacation in Rome."

"We were very happy with the appartment and Paolo and Maria. Paolo waited for us at the airport and escorted us to the taxi he reserved for us. The transfer from the airport to the appartment costs € 40. Traintickets are € 8, so with 4 persons you better take a taxi. The appartment fitted the description and is was very comfortable to stay there. With the metro you it is only 4 stops to the Colosseum, to the Vatican it takes a little more time. Very nice extra. We were allowed to call to the netherlands for free during 10 minutes every day. We do recommend this location in Rome"
