" This ROME apartment called CASA GIULIA is located in a trendy and picturesque neighborhood called VATICAN - St.Peter area, within a 8-minute walk of Vatican and St Peter Basilica, and Sistine Chapel just a bit further. You'll live like a local, in a typical Roman neighborhood. This 55 mq (590 square feet) apartment is on first floor of a safe and quiet 2-storey house along a stairway, and fits up to 4 PEOPLE (a 5th child-bed is available as well). The windows all around the apartment (three sides) guarantee an excellent natural lighting and a ventilated environment. Suitable for holidays or job, excellent for couples or families or friends. Affordable prices starting from 30 euro per person (breakfast included), depending on the year period and on the number of guests. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request. Casa Giulia offers a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe closet and one double bed - which may split into two single twin beds; a living room / dining room with a sofa that can be turned into two single beds, table + chairs, camp-bed for child-use; a bathroom with shower; a kitchen where cooking is allowed any time. "Wir durften zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester in dieser tollen Wohnung wohnen. Die Ausstattung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und man findet alles, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig und trotzdem sind es zum Petersdom nur einige Gehminuten, noch näher ist der Bahnhof St. Peter. Aber auch die meisten anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir "erlaufen". Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei Giulia bedanken. Eine solche Gastfreundschaft erlebt man nicht alle Tage! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen - und dass alles für''s Frühstück vorhanden war, ermöglichte einen tollen Start in den Tag. Bei unserem nächsten Rombesuch werden wir sicher wiederkommen! Danke, Giulia!"

"Wir sind bei Giulia Wiederholungstäter und werden sicherlich wieder in Ihre nette Wohnung, die sehr zentral liegt, kommen. Giulia ist die aufmerksamste Gastgeberin die wir hatten. Vom italienischen Handy, über die ersten 2 Buskarten für die Stadt und Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen war wieder alles vorhanden. Vielen Dank nochmals und liebe Grüße nach Rom!"

"Die Wohnung und die Lage sind super. Das Beste war aber die liebevolle Betreuung durch Giulia.Wir haben schon einige Male Wohnungen gemietet, aber wir hatten noch nie eine solch liebevolle und gastfreundliche Aufnahme. Falls wir wieder nach Rom kommen sollten ist Giulia für uns die erste Adresse.VIelen herzlichen Dank nochmals und liebe Grüße Christa und Josef"

"Excellent accueil, très chaleureux. Mme T. est très sympathique et a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour à Rome. Appartement propre et confortable. Situation un peu excentrée mais le centre est très facile d''accès par le bus 64. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce passage à Rome. A recommander sans hésitation."
