" QUIET (not oriented towards the street) and very LUMINOUS, looks out onto the hill. Residential building with only 4 apartments per floor, lift, secured entrance and doorman.
Total area of 40m2 (430 sqft), ideal for 2 to 4 people. Spotlessly CLEAN. Enterely renovated and decorated carefully and with taste (so much that it inspired other owners in the site!). <br> EXCELLENT LOCATION: in the heart of Copacabana and near Ipanema, at only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Bus station in front of the door and metro station (Cantagalo) at a 5 minutes walk. Close to bars, restaurants and all type of facilities (laundry and bakery with roasted chicken down the building, internet cafe, car park, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy very close).
<br>ALL EQUIPMENT and furniture are new and of GOOD QUALITY.
Large bedroom (which is a suite) with cupboard, chest on which to put the suitcase and relax corner with the hammock. Living-room with double sofa-bed, table for 4 people, cable television (21'' screen), reading corner with table and lamp, music corner with audio system and selection of Brazilian music. American kitchen with a very useful granite board. Well ventilated bathroom with shower (very spacious and with "blindex" sliding door) and water-heater. Clothes dryer outside.
EXCELLENT SLEEPING EQUIPMENT: double bed with new bedding (thick "Ortobom" mattress) and sofa-bed which was ajusted to our request for better sleeping comfort. New and quality sheets, duvets, pillows and towels.
Quiet "Springer" air conditioning with remote control in the bedroom and sealing fan in the living-room. Fully equipped kitchen, with new and quality domestic appliances, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, tableware for 4 people, "Tramontina" inox pans. Plumbing (shower, washbasin, toilet, sink) in perfect state.
<br> Cellular phone at tenant's disposal. Map of the city, touristic information and suggestion of good places close to the apartment available to the tenants.

" See the sunset at the Sugar Loaf. Visit the "Corcovado", the Tijuca Forest National Park, the Botanical Gardden, the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, the city center, the Maracana stadium, the "Feria do Nordeste Sao Cristovao" (culture of North-East part of Brazil), etc.
Go to the (very close) beach, take a bath of sun, of sea, play "beach-voley", drink an "agua de coco" (coconut water), eat a "queijo qualho" (grilled cheese).
Enjoy the numerous bars and restaurants nearby (churrascarias, natural tropical fruit juices, "Minas Gerais" cooking, caipirinha, "cerveja bem gelada"-chilled beer).
Relax in the hammock, listening to our selection of Brazilian music.
Go to the nearby cinema, to museums, cultural centers (e.g. of the "Banco do Brasil", or the "casa de cultura Laura Alvim")
Go shopping: in the "Rio sul" shopping center, or in more specialised shops: clothes, shoes, bikinis, havaianas.

Means of access Between Constante Ramos and Barao de Ipanema streets (posto 4). From the airport, you can take the "frescao" (bus with air conditioning which goes to the South area). Get off at the "Pestana Carlton Rio Atlântica" hotel, at the beach level. Then take Constante Ramos or Barão de Ipanema street and walk until Barata Ribeiro street. You can also come by taxi pre-paid in the airport or by yellow taxi (less expensive, but ask for the approximate price before getting in).
