" A 25 squared metres Studio with fitted kitchen and all modern appliances. Complete Air Conditioning is available. The studio has a balcony to relax and enjoy the sound of the sea with the birds singing. Situated in a quiet & pretty traditional Bulgarian village called Ravda, a Black Sea holiday destination. The village has some very good restaurants, bars and discos, not as busy or noisy as the larger resorts, yet entertaining and popular amongst youth. It is ideal for couples who want to have a peaceful holiday or single male/female that wants to avoid spending their vacations living in the touristy crowded resorts.
Yet, it is very close to the big resorts if you wish to get some more crowded night life. Just 20 minutes drive to Bourgas airport, 5 minutes drive to the famous settlement of Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage site with its many restaurants and famous ancient historical ruins & 10 minutes to the large resorts of Sunny Beach with its bustling night life, many bars, clubs and casinos.

" There are some restaurants, bars, pubs, grocery stores and internet cafes within walking distance.
The ancient Greeks called it Pontius Euxinos, which means "The Hospitable Sea" and that is exactly what it is. It is clean and relatively safe along the shore. At the same time, it is very dangerous for navigation far out at sea because of gales. A lot of ruined sailors fates, as well as the dark blue colour of the water gave it todays name Black Sea. The summer temperatures are not extremely high, which makes it ideal for having a holiday and doing sports. The beaches are wide and the sand is soft. The content of salt (17.5% on the surface) is half that of the Mediterranean Sea. the average number of sunny days per month is 20 in May and September, and over 25 in July and August. the average daily temperature in summer varies between 25C and 30C, and that of the seawater is between 19C and 26C. The lenght of the coastal line is 378km and it makes its way through strips of sands, deep bays, forested hills, vineyards and gardens. "

Means of access Fly to Bourgas Book Bulgaria Air must be booked through opodo. This is the best as the flights arrive at a reasonable time in the day; Thompson, Excel and Wizz air budget airlines arrive at silly times in middle of night as late as 3am! Plus they are similar prices, not a lot cheaper. Around £130-150 is a reasonable return price from Gatwick. From October to April Bourgas is closed at present but you can fly to Varna which is 2 hours away by car. On arrival at the airpot there are Hertz and Avis rent a car you can book this before your arrival on their websites.
If driving to the apartment from the airport: After exiting the airport you arrive at a roundabout take 1st exit left and head north on the E87 travel north continue through Pomorie, then through Atheloy, a few kilometers after Atheloy look out on the right for a turning into Ravda, take this and continue on this road until you reach centre of Ravda and come to a T junction turn left here then take the first fork right then building is on the first road on your right; you will see a pinkish building right there. The adress is 10 Lazur Street.
If you decide to take a taxi from Bourgas Airport to Ravda (approximately 20 mins). this will cost approximately £5-8. From Varna Airport (approximately 1.5 hours), this will cost approximately £40. Travel by bus to/from Varna for approximately £2.50 per person.
The owner can arrange transport from and to airports as required. This must be notified 14 days prior to travel.
