Situated on the hills of Foligno (650 m.s.l.), the Residence is the ideal place for those loving nature in all its aspects. The building has been divided into 3 charming apartments:MICOL,ILARIA and CORINNA each independent and sharing a beautiful garden and terrace as well as a built-in barbecue with wood-burning oven. MICOL (2+2 beds – sq m 42) One double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a roomy kitchen with living/dining room with satellite TV and one full-sized double sofa bed. All windows have mosquito screens.Independent entrance and private al-fresco dining area with table and chairs and deckchairs for sunbathing. Once you get to Collestrada follow the road signs to Assisi-Foligno; when you get to Foligno, take the main road SS77 for Macerata until you reach Casenove, then follow the direction for Cascia-Norcia (SS319); go ahead for 3 Km and you arrive at Rasiglia. -FROM ROME: Take the highway A1 for Florence; leave the motorway at Orte and follow the direction for Terni-Spoleto-Foligno-Assisi (main road SS3). Once you get to Foligno take the main road SS77 for Macerata until you reach Casenove, then follow the direction for Cascia-Norcia (SS319); go ahead for 3 Km and you arrive at Rasiglia.In the area:

"This is a comfortable and well-equipped flat, in the most beautiful and peaceful location I've ever rented in. I wish we had arranged to stay for more than a week. Umbria doesn't get the coverage in guide books that it deserves. It is a beautiful region with many interesting places to visit. If we hadn't been so eager to pack so much into one week, we could have had more time to enjoy the terrace and tranquility. I'd recommend 10-14 days. The home-made cakes and other goodies given to us on our arrival were very much appreciated. Don't miss the smaller locations such as Bettona, Bevagna, Nocera Umbra, Montefalco - or its wine!"
