The villa is part of the Escalet estate a place on the Cote d’Azur which is protected from over development and too many people. Whilst you can benefit from the tranquillity of the nearby beach the vibrant St Tropez is also very near. Next year, we will have a swimming pool and a PC with internet… "

Means of access :

There are two ways of getting there : either take the A8 and come off at Le Luc and go towards La Garde Freneit or come off at le Muy and go towards St Raph. Before ST at the big junction of Géant Casino go towards ST. At the following roundabout go towards Ramatuelle, at the following roundabout avoid the town centre and at the roundabout on the road between ST and CV turn right. After 1km at the first crossroads turn left signposted l’Escalet. You arrive at Escalet by turning right by the Amphore Restaurant - go up the winding road and at the first junction 100m after a traffic calmer turn left, continue for 150 m and take the uphill road on the right. You’ve arrived! The villa is the first house on the left with a large metal Salamander on the wall
