" A step away from the old town and all conveniences. It is a quiet building and it was completely renovated in the last two years. The stove, microwave and refrigerator as well as the furniture are all newly purchased and are modern and in good taste; this goes as well for the furniture on the balcony (10 m 2). You have nice view of the city and the Laurentides mountains. Ideal lodging for a vacation or a professional stay. Apartment exchange will be considered. Price for 2 people. Arriving in Quebec city by one of the bridges, follow the Laurier boulevard until you reach the ‘’Musée national des Beaux-Arts’’. Take a left turn on des Érables street and follow this street till the end at chemin Ste-Foy; turn left and right away, take a right turn on l’Alverne street. Follow this street to the last street at the bottom which is Jeanne-d’Arc street. 302 Jeanne d’Arc is the first house at the corner.
