"Grand appartement propre situé dans un quartier tranquille près du coeur historique de Québec et des principaux axes routiers. Plusieurs commerces à proximité. Parking privé à l''arrière du logement. Propriétaire accueillante et très sympathique. Cuisine bien pourvue. Possibilité de rangement à l''extérieur pour les skis. Nettoyage final inclu dans le prix de location. Prévois y retourner lors de prochaines vacances hivernales."
