" The villa stand on a promontory from where you can have a 270° panoramic view of the sea . The beautiful island , Mal di Ventre, is located just in front of the villa, and is a spectacular view. The beach of Putzu Idu is only at a four minute walk , while the beach of S'Anea Scoada is only a seven minute walk. Other beaches in the area are: Su Pallosu-Sa Rocca Tunda ( 2 km ) ; Sa Mesa Longa ( 1,6 km ) ; Is Arenas ( 4,5 km ); Is Arutas-Mari Emi the so called "rice grains beaches ". In the sourraundings of the villa, a grocery shop , tobacco shop , sea articles , restaurant , bar ,are always open on Sundays. Activities include: skuba-diving ,excursions on the sea , beach , fishing , windsurfing, mountain biking , discoteque and horse-riding "
