You wake up to birdsong, go down a few stairs and you're surrounded by the crystal clear waters of Santa Margherita di Pula, one of the most beautiful of Sardinia.The garden with direct access to the sea is ideal for those who love surfing and windsurfing. And if you love to do scuba diving or snorkeling you will enjoy fantastic underwater scenery without leaving the comfort of home. The area is surrounded by greenery and is very quiet and very well served. From the garden of our house you can see the ruins of the Roman port city of Nora. The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a flat screen satellite TV and DVD-Players. A barbecue with a large table directly connected to the kitchen will allow you to organize pleasant evenings outdoors and enjoy the culinary specialties and wines of our island. On the ground floor are the kitchen, bathroom and lounge. On the first floor is the sleeping area, with three bedrooms, a bathroom and a closet. The beds are as follows: a sofa bed in the room (2 persons), and upstairs bunk beds, twin beds, one double bed. On request you can have bikes (for hire), a high chair and a removable cradle (for free). "

" The location of the house can reach the characteristic village of Pula (3 km), where the night comes alive and becomes a hot spot of nightlife, and Cagliari (35 km), where throughout the year there are numerous events. Near Pula, there are sites of great interest, first of all the Roman ruins of the port city of Nora (near Pula), considered the oldest city founded in Sardinia; is one of the most visited archaeological sites in the whole island. For nature lovers, we point out the particular forest Cannoneris and the oasis of Santa Gilla, one of Europe's most important wetlands for biodiversity, which houses among others a large colony of pink flamingos (at Capoterra , about 20 km towards Cagliari). For golf enthusiasts will be impossible to resist the call of the complex of Is Molas, while it is highly recommended to taste the local cuisine in one of the many restaurants in the area, many of whom also offer Italian and international cuisine. With regard to the fun, a few kilometers there are several discos and a popular Aquafun (just over 1 km from the house there is the disco Tsunami). Towards the east are the Forte Village, one of the most exclusive resorts in the world, destination of the international elites, and the wonderful site of Chia, with stunning scenery and fantastic beaches; close to Chia is situated the beach of Tuerredda in a creek where the colors of the sea change from blue to emerald green. "

"House right on the sea side, spacy and clean.Garden is well equipped. Perfect location for the family holidays especially if you have young kids and not very interested in night life and clubbing. Owners are very kind and helpful."

"Wunderbares Haus und tolle Lage! Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Wir haben jeden Morgen das Fruehstueck mit Meerblick genossen. Ruhe pur. Der Eigentuemer ist sehr freundlich und hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben bzgl. Z.B. Restaurants in der Naehe.. Das Haus ist fast am Ende einer Sackgasse, das heisst, dass es nicht viel Autoverkehr gibt. Die Haeuser sind alle in einem Pinienwald. Es riecht deshalb entsprechend gut. Ein Auto ist aber Pflicht, um einkaufen zu gehen und die Restaurants in Pula zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man auch nicht so weit weg von Cagliari und den wunderschoenen Straenden von Chia. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"

"Traumhaus in absoluter Traumlage direkt am Meer mit supernetten Vermietern! Besser und schöner geht es kaum. Das Haus war supersauber und ist fast perfekt ausgestattet. Der gepflegte Garten grenzt direkt ans Meer (wie auf den Bildern bzw. dem Video zu sehen). Mit Badeschuhen ist der Steinstrand kein Problem (ein paar Meter weiter findet man auch Sandstrand). Das Wasser ist relativ flach und auch für Kinder geeignet. Beim Schnorcheln kann man eine Menge Fische beobachten. In der Nebensaison war es sehr ruhig und wir haben uns "sauwohl" gefühlt. Leider waren die 2 Wochen viel zu kurz - wir würden sehr, sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Luciana und Michele, dass sie uns ihr Haus vermietet haben."

"Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer. Sehr gut war auch der Pelletofen, da es im April nachts noch recht frisch war. Für die Kinder brachte der Vermieter noch ein kleines Spielhaus und ein Rutscherflugzeug vorbei, was gerne benutzt wurde. Ruhiges, grünes Ferienhausgebiet."
