" The villa is strategic for those who want to stay at sea while in the country. The area is quiet. The house has its air conditioning system, but it is usually cool. The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV / SAT / DVD etc.. and has a large gazebo with table and chairs near the grill and wood oven, sink and outdoor shower. The house has reserve of drinkable water and gas. The house is divided in a sleeping area with three bright bedrooms with cupboards and drawers in a bedroom, a room with two beds (one pull) and a bedroom with bunk beds (see photo). The bathroom is placed in the sleeping area and has provided with pènsile. (see photo) The living area consists of a kitchen, with table, lounge with fireplace and sofas. (see photo). The Villa is placed in an environment of 1,500 square meters. The house is near one of the most beautiful beaches of south Sardinia. At 2.5 km away stands a large water park. The house is near the marina of Perd'e'Sali. You can bring your own boat or rent one. The house is close to shops and restaurants. "

"Non posso che condividere con gli altri: la casa è molto bene attrezzata con molto spazio al esterno. Anche a i nostri bambini e piacuto moltissimo. I due gazebi, uno per l''auto e uno per mangiare fuori al ombra, fanno molto comodo. Roberto non si stancava di dire che se ci manca qualcosa, di dirglielo :-) Ich kann mich nur der Meinung der anderen anschliessen: das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es hat viel Platz draussen. Auch unseren Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die zwei Pavillon, eins fürs Auto und eins um im Schatten essen zu können, sind sehr praktisch. Roberto hat uns immer wieder gesagt, dass wenn etwas fehlt bzw. wir noch was brauchen, dass wir es ihm ohne Hemmungen mitteilen sollen."

"Tres belle propriété située au calme a a peu pres 1,3 km de la mer.Equipement soigné de la maison,terrain avec de nombreux arbres fruitiers tres agréable,belle vue et silence apréciable.Les proprétaires sont forts serviables et communicatifs. Tres tres bon séjour.A voir et reserver absolument."
