On a charming island without car, vast contemporary flat, total surface of 189 m2, 100 m far from a sand beach, very nice sight on sea, near an old picturesque village
" Large new apartment, beautiful volumes, original architecture. Undoubtedly one of most beautiful of the island. Inside 100 m2, plus a covered terrace of 55 m2, plus a discovered terrace-solarium of 34 m2. Small preserved island, quiet, without car and thus without danger to the children. The main part of the coast is virgin of buildings. The continent is only 15 mn trip and there’s a boat every hour. The apartment is in ground floor (it looks like a house more than an apartment)). Large covered terrace of 55 m2 with very beautiful sight on sea + 35 m2 discovered terrace. Beach of sand is 100 m far, deserted coast 200 m far. The apartment is located between two small picturesque villages. Near Prvic island : splendid Natural reserve of the Kornati islands and on the Sibenik coast, Krka Park, or Split. And for those who would like the animation of the night, Vodice, one of the most famous seaside resorts of the Coast, is 15 mn trip by ferry. Naturism is possible in certain places of the coast. "

A very good starting point to visit the famous archipelago and natural reserve of the Kornati islands (daily excursion) Split (Dioclétien palace), the "road of the castles" (with Trogir in particular), Sibenik (St jacques cathedral) or the splendid natural reserve of Plitvice (daily excursion) and Krka.

Means of access ARRIVAL BY AIR AT SPLIT
The most comfortable solution is the following : once in the airport of Split, you take a taxi which drives you up to the village of Srima (around 600 kunas / 85 euro). From there, a taxi boat you will have reserved before leads you in 20 mn to the Sepurine port (around 140 kunas / 20 euros for 6 persons, the price depends on the hour). The taxi boat drops you on the quay, only 100m far from the house.

The least expensive solution (to avoid if you are very loaded or accompanied with young children) : you take a taxi to go to Troggir bus station (5 mn). From there, a bus takes you every 30 mn at your choice to the harbour of :
- Sibenik. The last boat leaves Sibenik at about 19 h, the crossing is about 45 mn. The boat makes a stop on the Zlarin island, then serves successively both villages of the Prvic island, Prvic Luka and Sepurine, the village your home is linked with. You are 200m far from the house.
- Vodice. The last boat leaves around 18 h, the crossing is about 15 mn. You go down from the boat at the first stop, in Sepurine village.
ARRIVAL BY CAR
- If you arrive coming from the north, go out the highway 20 km before Sibenik for Vodice. You can leave your car on the free parking of the Kristina’s hotel (very well signposted in Vodice). This parking is very safe : all of our clients let theyre car on this parking since 5 years and none problem were reported.
