"A tous les points de vue, nous avons passé d''excellentes vacances, entourés de personnes sympathiques et dans un logement correspondant parfaitement et totalement à la description initiale. Vue splendide sur le golfe de Valinco. Proximité de la mer. Quartier calme. Que désirer de plus ? Que du bonheur pendant trois semaines et c''est vraiment à regret que nous avons quitté les lieux."

"Etat non constaté à l’entrée dans les lieux, mais signalé la veille du départ par le locataire: une malfaçon de joints (tâches) dans une douche neuve et un ménage mal fait; l’état dans lequel l’appartement a été laissé nécessitera effectivement plusieurs heures de ménage après son départ. Locataire non recommandable"
