" Ideal for your dream holidays in family, this fabulous apartment facing the sea, with broad areas and great sun exposition is situated in the main avenue of the Praia da Rocha beach. With a living room with large windows with access to the balcony, is equipped with outdoor furniture for pleasant gatherings and meals in family or with friends. Double bedroom also with access to the same balcony, oriented to the East, the bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen fully equipped. The residents have the right of exclusive use of a parking space in the garage of the building. The long 3 kilometers sandy beach is followed by a pedestrian area, with a lot of touristic animation, many shops, coffee shops, restaurants and bars, ideal to enjoy yourself in the company of your family during the your stay, with everything nearby. NOTES - confirm your reservation you will need to make a deposit payment of 25% of the total value of the stay. Payment is to be sent via bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on arrival, where I will be here to welcoming you and to provided with the apartment keys and garage remote control. can provide you with bed linen or bath towels at an extra cost of 40 Euros. Check-in as from 16.30 - Check-out till 10.30. For long term lets, monthly prices can be negociated (utilities not included in the price). All we ask is that you treat the apartment with respect and leave it as tidy as you found it upon arrivel. If any damage occurs during the holiday, you must inform the caretaker, and pay for for the damage. "
