" SPACIOUS VILLA. Swimming pool: 8m * 4m on a sea sight terrace. Ground closed. Home linen provided. Housekeeper 3 h x 3 times a week. *** There are 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom contains a 190 cm large bed, the second bedroom two 95 cm large beds, the third two 90 cm large beds. The curtains and wallpapers are lively colored. There are many cupboards and wardrobes. *** A bathroom is adjoining the first room, the two other bedrooms share an other bathroom. Both of the bathrooms are fully equipped (basin, bidet, bath and toilet). There is a third toilet which is independent. *** For the outdoor life, there is a garden and a set terrace (stoneworker barbecue). There is also a security barrier down the stairs leading to the swimming pool. *** Please contact us to know for in advance or last minute booking, frequent stays, shorter than a week (5 nights minimum) or longer than a week stays. *** The rent has to be paid weekly, from Saturday 16 o clock to Saturday 10 o’clock (local time - arrival and departure schedule negotiable). Heating costs during fresh periods, additional hours of household (negotiated on the spot), phone (on request) and food shopping (on request, for the beginning of the stay) are not included in the rent and have to be paid in supplement.The bank charges are the responsibility of the tenant. "

" About the geographical localization : Casa NOSSI-BË is located 5mn (in straight line) above a lovely fishermen town called, Praia da Luz, which offers a possible walk on the seafront, a big nice beach and nautical sports, shops of every kind, bars and seafood restaurants. There are three golf courses within 10 km (BOAVISTA, PARQUE DA FLORESTA, and PALMARES), horse-riding clubs, and lovely walks to take in the surrounding countryside. The nice town of Lagos, characterized by bulwarks facing the marina, a harbour, pedestrian zed streets and a famous animation, is really close. "

"La villa Nossi-Bé nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour en Algarve. Une maison confortable, seul à revoir la cuisine d''un autre age. L''accueil est chaleureux,la piscine agréable... même le ménage est assuré. Le tout pour passer de bonnes vacances au soleil du Portugal."

"Tout était très bien sauf le temps! Du jamais vu en mai! La personne qui gère la villa et qui est sur place, une charmante canadienne, était très serviable et agréable. En effet, lorsque nous ne savions que faire à l''occasion d''un problème assez conséquent, elle a répondu présente et s''est efforcée de nous apporter tout le soutien et l''aide dont nous avions besoin. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Je recommande vivement cette villa à tout ceux qui s''arrête sur cette annonce. Dès que nous en aurons l''occasion, nous y retournerons."
