" The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a quiet house equipped with a wide and completely fenced common garden.It is in a strategic position:200 meters away from the beach and from a long seafront, excellent for jogging, walking and biking.The track is also connected to a bicycle path that reaches the centre of Porto Recanati and Loreto.The flat, provided of windows in every room, has the great quality of always being fresh and ventilated. On a table and sofa bed furnished living room, there’s a big balcony with a wonderful sight on the garden and the sea.The balconied kitchen, is provided with freezer, fridge, gas cooker, oven and washing machine.The sleeping area is composed of two rooms: the wedding room is furnished with two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a little bookcase.There’s also a balcony endowed of a sight to the Loreto basil.In the other room (double) there are two single beds.The bathroom has a shower box, wc., bidet and sink.In the nearby of the house there’s a market (grocery store), a pharmacy, a playground and an aquatic park.Moreover, not many kilometres away, there are few malls. "La ubicación es tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. Desde el balcón se ve la playa. Los propietarios son muy amables y el departamento es acogedor. Muy limpio y cómodo, linda decoración. Las próximas vacaciones volvemos! Recomendable!"
