" The house is located in Is Pillonis, in a hillside overlooking Porto Pino Bay in the heart of Sardinia’s scenic South West. The house makes the best use of its quiet location, surrounded by fields an indigenous "macchia mediterranea" herbage leading down to the beautiful laguna that hosts, in the spring time, grey and pink flamingos. Ideally located for exploring the Sulcis part of Sardinia and its ancient charmig colture: 5 min drive from a real "nuraghe" and 30 km from the amazing Montessu necropolis, less then half an hour drive from the Paleocristiana Basilica of S. Antioco and the Romanic Basilica of Trattalias. The property is not visible from the road and so enjoys total privacy and quietude despite being just a short 5 min drive to the nearest village of S. Anna Arresi. "

From the port or airport of CAGLIARI follow the road signs for S.S. (Main Road) 130 in the direction of Carbonia, at 44th km turn left towards Villamassargia - Carbonia, once arrived at Carbonia follow the road signs for Sant'Antioco, turn at San Giovanni Suergiu, go on until the Porto Pino crossroads and turn right for porto Pino.After 10 km, at the next crossroads turn left and immediately right (via dei cormorani). The house is in the hill on the left. From PORTO TORRES or ALGHERO follow the road signs for S.S. (Main Road) 131 in the direction of Cagliari; at 41st km Sanluri - Villasanta turn right in the direction of Samassi and drive on towards Vallermosa; once beyond Vallermosa drive on in the direction of Siliqua and turn at the intersection S.S. (Main Road) 130 in the direction of Iglesias. Follow the road signs for those who arrive from "Cagliari". From OLBIA Drive along the S.S. (Main Road) 131 bis in direction Cagliari; at the end of the road enter S.S. (Main Road) 131 in direction Cagliari; drive along the latter up to 41st km Sanluri - Villasanta, turn right in the direction of Samassi and drive on towards Vallermosa; once beyond Vallermosa drive on in the direction of Siliqua and turn at the intersection S.S. (Main Road) 130 in the direction of Iglesias. Follow the road signs for those who arrive from "Cagliari".
