A very nice garden, almost botanical, and a friendly atmosphere with a service-minded host. The villa is located near the beaches at the outskirts of Porto Maurizio, with several restaurants within reach. We are very fond of this place for its informal character and fiendly ambiance. "The villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped, and in beautiful and peaceful gardens. The owner was very helpful, and informative about the local area. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Our lower mark for 'surroundings' was almost certainly due to our trip being 'out of season' - facilities, particularly on the beach, were not fully open, but this did have the advantage that there were relatively few crowds!"

"Very charming place in Imperia. Marcus the proprietor is very nice, all is really clean and charming (lots of plants, trees in a quiet property). The little house is intimate. 5 minutes walking distance from the sea and the supermarket. Around 30 minutes walking distance from Imperia downtown where you can find some gorgeous typical restaurants."
