" This lovely apartment is located in Portocolom, in a residential area. The apartment is located in a peacefull surrounding but just 5 minutes away from the city centre and about 7 minutes from the old part of this amazing village port. The location provides you peace and calm but not far away from restaurants, bars, chemist,supermarkets, petrol station, etc. The apartment itself is beautifull, is furnished in a practical style but is comfortable and has a lot of ligth. The dining- living room is furnished with very comfortable and wide three-seat-sofa and a two-seat- sofa, a big dining table with eigth chairs. Next to the dining living room there is a little independent kitchen with everything that it needed for a selfcatering holidays. There is cooker and oven, fridge and freezer, washing maschine, sink, cupboard, saucepans, pots, frying pans, ladles, glasses, cups, dinner service, cutlery, etc. Iron and ironing board. About the bedrooms: Double bedroom with double bed with built-in wardrobe and 2 bed-side table, little balcony, fits 2 seated person. Tripe bedroom. 3 single beds, 3 bed-side tables and 2 built-in wardrobes. Balcony, sits 2 seated persons. Single -double bedroom: One or two single bedroom, one bed side-table and 1 built-in wardrobes. Views to pinewoods. " What about the place? What has Portocolom to offer to our visitors? Portocolom is a beautifull place to stay, not only because is an amazing place and has many beaches, fancy and cheap restaurants, bars, etc but for the old port. Portocolom is probably one of the last old ports that exist now a days in Mallorca, it hasn't been spoilt and still have's the old and pinturesque fisherman houses. The old port is a a place full of local color and is a very good idea to have a walk in that part when the evening comes. The apartment is located in part that is called Cala Marçal, in a residential area, is peacefull and is next to the sea so in the summer the apartment stays cool. Restaurants and bars are not a problem in Portocolom, you have fancy restaurants with fancy terrazas to seat and dine al fresco or you can have a burguer or snacks and a cheap meal or dinner in many places. Portocolom is not far from many beautifull beaches, some you can arrive walking others you would need a car. There is also buses and taxis that would take you to many places including Palma wich with the new motorway it would take you less then an hour. We will be deligthted to tell you about nice restaurants, beaches or any usefull information you need to know. The apartment is to rent for weeks, fortnights, months. The low season has special offers, so no doubt to ask if you want to know about prices. Watter, electricity, linnen and towels are included in the price. "
