The concept of architecture is developed with large glass surfaces in harmonywith space , wich was preserved in vegetation and Mediterranean trees , almonds , carob trees , resulting in the pool , sourrounded by natural stone . The house develops on two floors , on the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms , one with dressing room , all have private bathrooms and air conditioning . The kitchen is large with plenty of light , with access to two outdoor patios , all equipments are stainless steel . The living room and dining room are developed in the concept of open space with access to 2nd floor , mezzanine , transformed into another living room with balcon relaxing area , with spectacular sunsets, the South and West with sea overlooking , and North with sea Sierra de Monchique . located in a quiet place surrounded by nature , is 400 meters from Ponta do Altar, we have a dislumbrante a view over the Atlantic. It is located in the Valley of Azinhaga , wich is 3 Km from the picturesque fishing Village , Ferragudo on the left bank of the river arade , where erge the Fort St. Jonh ( see photo ) , near the beach Caneiros ( 500 meters , blue flag ) , the pintadinho Beach ( 1 Km ) from Praia Grande ( 3 KM ) , the Carvoeiro beach ,and Rocha beach ( 6 Km ) . " During the summer activities are concentrated around the beaches , it is advisable footpaths along the coast from the house to the village of carvoeiro or Ferragudo or where are over 10 beaches between cliffs , accessible by roads , some for naturist . It is recommend to visit the Algar Seco - Carvoeiro . A boat trip along the coast , and high to see dolphins or trip along the river arade to the town of Silves , visiting the Castle are also advisable . As cultural tours advised : Visit the Castle of Silves ( 14 Km ) Ferragudo ( 3 Km ) Museum Factory Canned Feu - Portimão ( 6 Km ) city of Lagos ( 17 km ) Tavira Fortress of Sagres among others , Winemaking : In the area there are several wineries that produce wines of region , Adega Morgado da Torre ( Penina ) , the Marquis of the Valley Winery ( Estombar 6 Km ) , Lagoa Winey ( 4 Km ) Water Parks. Slide and splash ( 5 km ) , Zoomarine ( 15 km ) , Big One ( 17 Km ) . Attractions : Although the house is situated in a quiet place nearby there are several nightlife spots .
