"Situé au 3e niveau d'une jolie maison bourgeoise cet appartement extrêmemnt lumineux -ouvert sur les 4 côtés- permet une large vue sur la baie de St Brieux, le grand jardin, etc... Le courtoisie et la disponibilité du propriétaire en font un séjour des plus agréable. La proximité des commerces et du centre ville permet d'apprécier encore plus le calme de cette location : bruit des vagues et chants des oiseaux."
