Apartment/ flat - Arona, Las Americas

"Dear friends, It was our first time in Tenerife - so we decided to be book modern apartment , with the possibility to go by walk to the main street as well as to the beach. You will find next to the flat - restourants, supermarkets...its about 5 min by walk to the nearest beach and promenade. The best - to rent a car after several days of stay. There is a parking place , the owner provided us the key from the parking. The flat is very nice for such vacations , the owner gave a lot of advises what to do, where to eat ..etc...It was great experiance for us ! Kate"

"L''appartement est très propre et très bien entretenu. Les photos sur le site reflètent parfaitement l''appartement. La vue est très belle, on a vue sur la mer au loin et sur la piscine ainsi que sur le stade en face et sur la rue. l''appartement est très bien équipé, il manque juste peut être un four. Très facile d''accès, même pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Il fait assez calme si on ferme les fenêtres. Seul petit point négatif pour les amateurs de plages de sable, il faut marcher un peu pour en avoir une. La plage la plus proche est une plage de galets. Mais l''appartement est vraiment très bien et à recommander! La propriétaire est très sympathique, elle nous conseille,... Nous avons passé d''excellentes vacances."

"L''appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Il est exactement tel qu''il est décrit et les photos correspondent parfaitement. Il est bien situé car nous avons tout ce dont on a besoin à proximité (bus, taxis, restaurants, magasins, centres commerciaux, hôpital,...). Petit point négatif : la plage de sable la plus proche est un peu loin à pieds et la piscine est dans l''ombre une bonne partie de la matinée. Mis à part ça, séjour très agréable, la propriétaire est très accueillante, sympathique et à notre disposition. A recommander sans hésiter. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés!"

"Appartamento in ottima posizione, a piedi si raggiungono facilmente tutte le spiagge: Troya, Camison, Las Vistas, e quindi anche tutti i centri commerciali. Al 5'' piano con vista mare, delizioso e ben arredato, però veramente piccolo, ideale per una coppia con un bimbo piccolo, non di più! C''è anche il posto auto nell''area condominiale, accessibile solo con telecomando della sbarra: comodissimo! Unica nota dolente: il traffico delle auto, dei camioncini e dei bus, è praticamente incessante! Lo sconsiglio a chi fatica a prendere sonno!!!"

"L''appartamento si trova in una splendida posizione, vicino ai due maggiori centri turistici della zona. L''appartamento è pulito, ben attrezzato ed ha tutti i confort. Mi sono trovate molto molto bene."
